A Calm, Supportive Space to Understand and Move Forward

I work with children, teens, and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Whether it’s anxiety, emotional stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin building the tools you need for real change.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical.

In our work together, we focus on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing skills that can be used in everyday life. I use a combination of evidence based approaches to help you not only process what you’re experiencing, but also feel more confident in how you respond to it.

Therapy is not about having the perfect words. It’s about showing up, being real, and taking steps forward at your own pace.

What I Help With

  • I support clients who are experiencing:
  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
  • Life transitions and uncertainty
  • Relationship challenges
  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Perfectionism and pressure
  • Feeling stuck or lacking direction

What You Can Expect

You can expect a space that is calm, structured, and focused on your growth.

We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable while also building practical tools that help you feel more grounded and capable outside of session. My goal is to help you feel understood while also providing clear direction and support.

My Role as Founder and Clinical Director

As the Founder and Clinical Director of There’s Hope for Us Kids, I am committed to ensuring that every client receives thoughtful, high quality care.

I focus on building a team and a practice that prioritizes consistency, structure, and real life impact. My goal is not only to support the clients I work with directly, but also to create an environment where children, teens, and families can access meaningful and lasting support.

A Little More About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in outpatient settings, residential programs, and higher levels of care. I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including severe mental health concerns, behavioral needs, and major life transitions.
